Bariatric Coordinator
Cherrish Jany, R.N.
Cherrish Jany graduated from St. Joseph College of Nursing with Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. Since then, she has served as a registered medical/surgical/pediatric nurse at Silver Cross Hospital. During most of her tenure, Cherrish has held management positions both as a Shift Coordinator and House Supervisor. She joined BMI Surgery in 2003. A former gastric bypass surgery patient, Cherrish brings a wealth of first-hand experience to share with patients.
As the Bariatric Coordinator, Cherrish’s role includes managing patient care, insurance clearance, and patient education including leading the monthly support group.
