Donna Grupp
Donna Grupp graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Northern Illinois University. She completed an administrative internship at Silver Cross Hospital and worked as a patient registration representative for the Admitting Department in both the outpatient and emergency departments. After spending one year in Admitting, Donna was promoted to Office Coordinator with BMI Surgery where she is responsible for front office operations. Donna also handles patient billing and scheduling.
