Jeannine Riha received her medical coding certificate from Joliet Junior College and is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Health Information Management. She has worked in healthcare for three years and currently serves as the Patient Service Representative. In this role, she is responsible for all insurance verification, authorizations, appeals, scheduling appointments and physician credentialing.
